I forgot how much of a complete nightmare it is to live with psoriasis, I've been off my meds since November due to ongoing infections and my psoriasis is now back to how it was before I started the injections. Flakes of skin get everywhere like dandruff but worse, and I get stupidly itchy so sleeping at night is difficult.

@Violet Whilst it's only related via being a skin condition: so feel free to ignore/disregard/etc.
I find the steam from a long hot shower helps with hidradenitis when its flaring.
If it works for you might at least sooth enough to get a decent nights kip.
