OK après avoir lu trois paragraphes indéchiffrables sur wikipédia je crois comprendre que dans les immeubles, il y a un opérateur d'immeuble, souvent orange (en tout cas ici), qui mutualise sa fibre, mais quid des maisons individuelles ?
