watching folks play the new Destiny 2 expansion(?) feels like what other people must have felt watching XIV players in December.
it's genuinely fun to watch people lose their shit (in a good way) and have no context. just folks enjoying updates to their hobby
I'm not into souls games so elden ring is kinda the same re: outside enjoying folks havin a good time
but I have more general contextual knowledge of it so it's also not the same
