thoughts abt hunger
body's inconsistent about signalling when it's hungry or underfed, and often just makes me extra glum or causes formless antsy thoughts.
it's probably largely my fault since i often try to ignore it when e.g. i already ate some dinner and just want to sleep.
and partially not my fault because of money and adhd, and in the past inflexible workdays and parents shaming me for consuming resources.
it's not body image or overall health that gets me held up though, which is good.
