hi I feel concerningly strange

when I stand up it feels like there's extra gravity and I just feel top-heavy

also I feel like I'm constantly choking but that's probably allergies/cold/whatever this is

good morning, I feel terrible (as in sick) (also, as expected)

I can't keep doing this, what do I even do

my life has become a series of breakdowns where I hope things will be okay while I try to keep others save, and I don't even know if I'm doing anything to help

im exhausted but I have to keep moving, and I'm completely burnt out at this point

and on top of it, I have this panic+paranoia and half the time I can barely think right, and I still have work nearly every day, but my time off is still doing things that are stressful and difficult and I always have to exist, im not allowed downtime

I'm so sick of feeling like if I think "hey, this will turn out okay" my life will jump cut to when I'm dead, or saying "I'll be okay" leads to the point where I'm not okay and was never okay

sometimes I really want to write an anticlimactic story

a story where the main character isn't thrown into hell because they thought things would be okay, a story where the positive beginning isn't turned into a dark story that never becomes fully positive on the other side, a story where a rainy setting can be good

I know these exist, but honestly I wonder if I need to write this for myself to remind myself that despite my anxiety, things can be okay
