@variance@chitter.xyzI think I may have very low standards for plot quality lol. so many times I’ve played video games (or even seen shows/read books sometimes?) where people say “the plot sucks and has bad writing” and I barely even notice
idk if my taste is just garbage or what but ah well
@variance Plot isn't the most important thing. A lot of the time I find it depends a lot on what expectations I've gone into the media with, and genre and stuff inform that a lot.
Like, a gaping plot hole in a murder mystery would bother me more than in a psychadelic fantasy thing.
