Since my sleep schedule is well and truly fucked (not sideways, but nearly completely upside down), what has this (succu)bard been up to the last 12 hours? :shiba_confused:

Well, let's see... :cat_think:
・recording a reading of a certain Elder Scrolls book
・dealing with my audio driver BSODing my computer
・editing typos in the book :cat_facepalm:
・listening through the Skyrim and Oblivion soundtracks in their entirety to figure out what's sorta cozy and what's not
・trying to figure out how to make VLC have a proper dark mode (that has the same interface and isn't some wildly stunted "skin" from their website)
・wondering if I want to go through the Neverwinter Nights 1+2 OSTs and the Guild Wars 1 OSTs to pick out some more good music out of those
・spending what little energy long covid has left me with to jitter my legs around, for some reason :neofox_facepalm:

At least the audio track is finally finalised, I guess? :zerotwo_shrug:

Last night I learned how to do an 11 exits #speedrun in Super Mario World with Tinahacks! ❤️ It was also my first ever playthrough of #SMW and it was a very fun time learning how to beat the game with Tina’s great teaching ^^ Thanks everyone for hanging out! 💕

At the last moment before the steam I even threw together very yanky way to make all my Twitch redeems, including dropping a box on our PNG avatars, work during the stream and it was kinda hilarious how “legally-working” it was 😁

Released by Legend Entertainment in 1994, it’s one of the best point and click adventures I've had to date! Based loosely on a book series written by Margaret Weiss and Tracy Hickman. You traverse five distinct elemental and magical realms that the Sartan - a magically talented race sundered the world into.

We start our interplanar journey having just barely escaped a deadly labyrinth where all our kin were banished to as a threat to the Sartan hundreds of years ago. It is time to set out on a many twisted journey to discover what has happened to the world and the great Sartan plan of reforging it anew in their image with them as gods.

Titled “Death Gate”. A composite movie poster style picture made of three different sceneries from the Death Gate spliced together as if a gate has opened in the middle. Left to right, a castle in front of billowing clouds, a large tree in a jungle, a lake of lava surrounded by rock. The picture shows many of the characters in the game, an adventurer stands out in the middle haloed by a yellow glow. Two white robed figures stand on either side of him, one wearing a wizards hat. On the left side a number of unfortunate individuals are shown, including a sad child - fronted by a smiling king. A man standing behind him has a knife held up in his hand as if to strike. In the middle in front of the hero sits a sophisticated man wearing blue robes and reading a book. To the right a brigand threatens a lady dressed in red and an apron with a sword. At the front an aged man reads a book, a reanimated dwarf sitting beside him. Many groupings are references to the game, others intentional misdirections as the plot is yet to be revealed.
