ok #ditherinator (still 0.4 no version change) should now have a polyfill that takes care of rendering issues in #safari that caused the pre-process sliders to not affect the image

#chrome still isn't, and will not be, supported

i've just been alerted that if you're not using #firefox then there's a good chance that #ditherinator never fully worked correctly for you lol
